TELEVISION HAIR AND MAKE-UP ARTIST
Phil is a freelance make-up and hair artist and has for many years worked in live television news getting people camera ready at speed, often at short notice. This type of work requires calm efficiency and professionalism and often involves working with high profile public figures. SKIN CAMOUFLAGE PRACTITIONER
As a skin camouflage practitioner, Phil uses medical‑grade pigmented creams to cover conditions such as vitiligo, rosacea, port‑wine stains, melasma and scarring. During private consultations he tests multiple products to find the best match for your skin tone, teaches you how to apply them and advises where to purchase tools and creams. These sessions can be life‑changing, helping clients regain confidence after an accident or diagnosis. Consultations are offered at Phil’s home studio in Clapham, South West London and at Harley Street, Central London.

EXPERT WITNESS
Phil acts as an expert witness for clients involved in legal claims relating to scarring or changes in appearance. He assesses which skin camouflage products may help cover or minimise scars, then produces a comprehensive report for court detailing recommended products, tools and associated costs. With 15 years’ experience, Bond Solon training and membership of the UK Registry of Expert Witnesses and The Expert Witness Institute, Phil provides reliable, insured support to solicitors and clients. Phil offers supportive make‑up consultations for people exploring their gender identity.
